Role Description
This is a remote role with expected travel to PA.
What The Position is About:
- Own the e-commerce strategy, execution, and performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and best-in-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead all aspects of the online customer experience, including site merchandising, product discoverability, navigation, and conversion optimization.
- Partner with Marketing to drive digital growth initiatives across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize analytics and performance data to identify growth opportunities, improve customer acquisition and conversion, and provide insights to executive leadership.
- Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing optimization efforts to maximize traffic, engagement, and sales performance.
- Manage external partners, platforms, and technology solutions that support the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital leadership experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience managing and scaling a multi-million-dollar e-commerce business.
- Proficiency in website management and content management.
- Understanding of AI aspects related to e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Requirements
- $100K-$125K base + bonus.
- 401K + PTO.
