Work Environment

The position is based entirely onsite at our outpatient office located in New Brunswick. The clinic is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients, equipped with the latest therapeutic technology and tools. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments focused on evaluating functional mobility and establishing baseline measurements for each patient.
• Develop, implement, and tailor therapy interventions based on individual assessments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education about injury prevention.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-provider team, including physicians and chiropractors, to ensure that every aspect of patient care is maximized for positive outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them understand their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients across a range of ages and conditions, from post-operative rehabilitation to sports injuries and chronic pain management. We strive to address each patient's unique goals, helping them regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, adapting your approach to each client's needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a PT Master's degree is preferred.
• Possession of or eligibility for a New Jersey PT license.
• Proven clinical reasoning skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in a range of therapeutic techniques and patient handling.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams is a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
