Work Environment

This role is located in Highland Park, where our clinic operates on-site, creating a collaborative atmosphere that encourages discussion and teamwork among healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and develop customized treatment plans aimed at addressing their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices to assist patients in regaining mobility and strength.
• Provide hands-on treatment, including orthopedic care, manual therapy, and guided exercise programs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately using electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly Web PT.
• Engage patients in their healing process by motivating them, addressing their concerns, and tracking their achievements.
• Ensure a manageable caseload that allows for in-depth, focused attention to each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Promote wellness through education on lifestyle choices that enhance physical fitness and overall health.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Skilled in designing and implementing exercise programs that are specifically tailored to the needs of individuals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
