Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care by assessing the unique physical therapy needs, goals, and health conditions of each patient.
• Maintain an appropriate patient load, ensuring each patient receives adequate attention and a tailored therapeutic approach.
• Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic outpatient care through hands-on evaluations and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.

• A strong track record of professional conduct, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated expertise in various manual therapy modalities and exercise program development.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably Web PT, for accurate and precise documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience treating a broad range of conditions within the outpatient physical therapy environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The total annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
