Work Environment

This full-time position is based in our onsite rehabilitation center, where collaboration and teamwork are paramount. The clinic operates during business hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care plans to patients, taking into consideration their individual goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to provide thorough and focused treatment sessions.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient care to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, employing cost-effective treatment modalities to improve mobility.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with clients seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and general mobility issues. Our patient population values personalized, hands-on care and is committed to engaging in their treatment plans actively.

Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, with a strong foundation in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Evidence of a clean professional record, with no history of sanctions.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to design and implement effective exercise and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially capable of using Web PT for documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of advanced physical therapy practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development through continued education.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a sports medicine environment or specializing in athletic recovery.
• Background in developing community outreach programs focusing on injury prevention and wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
