Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual treatment for up to three patients per hour, focusing on personalized rehabilitation strategies that align with each patient's unique health goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs, leading to the development of comprehensive and customized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation challenges.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to support recovery and enhance mobility.
• Maintain clear communication with referring providers to discuss patient progress and incorporate feedback into ongoing treatment strategies.
• Utilize CureMD EMR for documenting patient sessions, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adults aged 40-65, many of whom are dealing with rehabilitation needs related to chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, or mobility issues. Our focus is on helping these patients regain functional independence through tailored physical therapy interventions that suit their lifestyle and health aspirations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required to ensure a solid foundation of knowledge in the field.
• Must possess a New Jersey Physical Therapy license or be eligible for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills are essential to foster positive patient interactions and effective care planning.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, we welcome recent graduates who demonstrate a strong motivation for patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
