Work Environment

The physical therapist role is based onsite at our outpatient office, which features modern treatment rooms and dedicated spaces for therapeutic exercises. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify limitations and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Manage a caseload of approximately three adult patients per hour, focusing primarily on individuals aged 40-65, often dealing with orthopedic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating care strategies with medical doctors (MDs), occupational therapists (OTs), chiropractors (DCs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs) to provide holistic treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will primarily serve an adult demographic, with a focus on patients between the ages of 40 and 65 who are experiencing orthopedic challenges. This role will require you to develop an understanding of the specific functional limitations and rehabilitation goals of this population, ensuring that each patient receives tailored interventions that promote recovery and restore mobility.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical judgment and exceptional interpersonal communication skills are essential for effectively working with diverse patient backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient care.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical systems like CureMD for documentation and patient tracking.
• Experience with orthopedic conditions and evidence of successful patient treatment outcomes is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 125,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Employees receive:
