Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care as per the prescriptions provided by referring physicians or authorized practitioners, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Conduct thorough and efficient patient evaluations to design effective, personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving predetermined therapeutic goals.
• Modify treatment programs dynamically based on accurate observations and patient feedback during therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach for optimal recovery.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies by maintaining high-quality documentation and participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits
