Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, determining their specific needs for rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the latest rehabilitation equipment to facilitate recovery.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, able to adjust treatment methods as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals and patient capabilities.
• Ensure patient safety during treatment plans and assistive device recommendations, such as walkers or braces, to aid in ambulation and daily activities.
• Educate patients and their families—empowering them to understand their conditions and involving them in their own recovery process through effective communication and practical training.
• Maintain personal growth by attending workshops, engaging with professional literature, and participating actively in relevant professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
