Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite, providing home care to patients. Our conducive work environment fosters teamwork, learning, and support, ensuring that every staff member feels empowered and equipped to provide the best care possible. You will work closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, nurturing an integrated team approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services and treat an average of three adult patients per hour, primarily aged 40 to 65, helping them regain strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual physical therapy needs and design customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical standards.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational strategies to promote patient engagement and adherence.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractic doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive care experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation utilizing CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with adult patients, encompassing a diverse range of musculoskeletal issues and rehabilitation objectives. The clinic's holistic approach emphasizes the importance of individualized care plans tailored to enhance each patient's recovery process and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and explain treatment processes.

Preferred Experience

• While outpatient experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We encourage candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our supportive environment.
• A demonstrated ability to work comfortably within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to integrated patient care outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
