Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish their individual needs, functional levels, and rehabilitation goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques suited to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Utilize advanced tools and methodologies, such as therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise programs tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, post-treatment exercises, and self-management strategies to facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment modalities used.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Forge Physical Therapy Services, you will serve a diverse population of patients dealing with various orthopedic injuries and conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
