Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing specialized assessments, and documenting findings accurately.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results, clearly communicating these plans to patients and their families to ensure understanding and participation in goal-setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in employing evidence-based treatment techniques, adapting protocols as necessary based on patient progress and evolving health care standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care and identify necessary modifications to treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Effectively manage discharge planning by documenting care activities promptly and comprehensively, ensuring a well-coordinated transition for each patient.
• Meet established productivity expectations while managing schedules effectively, participating actively in departmental marketing initiatives to enhance community outreach.
• Contribute to departmental goals and align personal professional development with organizational objectives, advocating for quality improvements and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Pursue ongoing continuing education opportunities to maintain clinical competencies and provide mentorship to students within the clinic.
• Promote a patient-centered approach, ensuring excellent customer service and accessibility to care through flexibility and effective communication.
• Engage actively in initiatives aimed at improving access to care and addressing barriers faced by our patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters primarily to patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and mobility limitations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
