Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, utilizing diagnostic tools to assess musculoskeletal function and develop effective treatment plans.

• Oversee and guide the work of Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to care protocols and quality assurance in treatment delivery.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Instruct patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercise and the use of assistive devices to support ongoing rehabilitation.
• Evaluate and recommend modifications to prosthetic and orthotic devices, ensuring they meet the patient's evolving needs.
• Actively engage with patients, motivating and educating them to achieve their functional goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment and adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
