Work Environment

This full-time position is based at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in East Brunswick, which is designed to facilitate optimal patient recovery. You will work within a team-oriented space that supports open communication and collaboration among healthcare providers, staff, and patients. Flexibility is key, as weekend hours may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Provide consultation to fellow healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive continuum of care for patients.
• Document treatment details accurately, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they have a clear understanding of post-rehabilitation goals.
• Lead community outreach initiatives to promote awareness of wellness and rehabilitation services available at Atmore Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
