We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic in Woodbridge, New Jersey. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain mobility and achieve their highest levels of physical function. You will work directly with patients to assess their needs, devise personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing their overall quality of life.

Work Environment

At Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic, you will find a supportive and collaborative work environment. You will be joining a dedicated team consisting of two other skilled physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all striving for excellence in patient care. The clinic operates onsite from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for structured scheduling while providing ample opportunity for collaboration and knowledge sharing among the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to document their medical history, physical capabilities, and goals for recovery.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Maintain an efficient patient caseload of one individual per hour to ensure focused care and optimum treatment effectiveness.
• Utilize EMR software, such as WebPT, to track patient progress, document treatment plans, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adopt a proactive approach to treatment by minimizing reliance on medications and exploring innovative, non-surgical alternatives that promote long-term recovery.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment, fostering their active participation in the rehabilitation process.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effects and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient feedback and observed progress.
• Document all services provided to ensure compliance and contribute to ongoing improvements in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic primarily serves a diverse population of orthopedic patients, each facing unique challenges in regaining their mobility and physical function. Our client base includes individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• No instances of board actions or disciplinary measures recorded on your license, ensuring professional integrity.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and the development of customized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR Software, including WebPT, enabling effective documentation and management of patient records.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience creating and delivering tailored fitness and rehabilitation programs based on patient needs.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
