Media Coordinator

Job Description Description: Job purpose As a Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for the internal management of executing paid advertising campaigns on behalf of assigned clients while learning strategic and tactical acumen related to the full spectrum of advertising opportunities. Please note this position is not focused on social media content development, and is centered around reporting, data, and billing. Duties and responsibilities Assist Media Buyers in creation and maintenance of media flowcharts and client deliverables ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations Input, send and confirm orders within media buying software Clearly and effectively communicate clients’ requests and expectations to vendors Prepare client invoices and manage reconciliation Provide research for media markets and outlets Assist in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, Google Adwords, and The Trade Desk Monitor daily pacing and delivery of digital media campaigns Monitor and pull reports on multi-media campaigns Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office- including Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel proficiency Familiarity with Digital Marketing Platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) Able to work independently and meet deadlines Able to multitask and stay organized Responsive Effective listener and notetaker Positive and respectful #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
