Job Overview As a Membership Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in growing HIT Athletic's community by selling memberships and services that fit each potential member's needs. This position involves nurturing leads, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience from the first interaction. The role includes a competitive base pay with a commission structure to reward high performance. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads, follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, and conduct proactive outreach to potential members. Sales: Conduct tours of the facility, demonstrate value propositions, and close sales of new memberships and personal training packages. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members to foster long-term loyalty and member retention. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about HIT Athletic's membership options, class schedules, training programs, and services. Reporting and Tracking: Accurately document all sales activities in ZOHO CRM system, track progress against sales goals, and report results to management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the fitness and operations teams to ensure a smooth member onboarding experience and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of HIT Athletic. Qualifications Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an inside sales role, preferably within the fitness, hospitality, or customer service industries. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey the benefits of membership and address any objections. Customer-Focused Attitude: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Results-Driven: Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, booking systems like MindBody, and other digital tools for tracking and reporting. Competitive pay with an uncapped commission structure.
