The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.Benefits:Flexible schedule401(k)401(k) matchingFree uniformsHealth insurancePaid time offKey Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.- Identify training needs and develop training programs.- Oversee compensation and benefits programs.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.Required Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR.- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, organized.Desired Attributes- Leadership and motivational skills.- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.- Ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.- Flexibility to adapt to changing small business needs.Working ConditionsOffice setting.
