Support the establishment of HR policies and regulations for the U.S. subsidiary. Perform general HR operations and management for the U.S. subsidiary. Qualifications Preferred: Experience working in the U.S. subsidiary of a biotech/pharmaceutical company. Hands-on HR experience in recruitment, workforce operations, compensation & benefits, etc. Excellent English communication skills.
