Position Summary Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions. Work you'll do As a Project Manager, Strategy, Growth, & Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for: Lead change management activities for an enterprise technology modernization program, including stakeholder engagement, organizational transition, and adoption planningDevelop and execute communications strategies that support program objectives, audience alignment, and end-user readinessDesign and oversee training strategies, curricula, and enablement materials to support workforce readiness and user adoptionConduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and change interventions to support implementation milestones and business adoption goalsCollaborate with program leadership, functional teams, and client stakeholders to align change, communications, and training activities with program delivery A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree6+ years of experience leading change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, or workforce readiness activities for enterprise technology modernization programs4+ years of experience developing training strategies, training curricula, and end-user enablement materials4+ years of experience leading communications planning and execution for transformation or implementation programsActive Secret security clearance requiredAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: 2+ years of experience serving federal, state, or local government clients or public higher education institutions2+ years of experience supporting technology implementation, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
