To support a growing team, the remote Bilingual Insurance Agent - Licensed will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies, handling an average of 150 inbound leads per month while providing expert customer service and closing sales effectively. Key responsibilities Handle inbound leads and provide personalized insurance quotes to customers Navigate multiple carrier systems to cross-sell and close sales at a strong conversion rate Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every interaction point Required qualifications Valid Property and Casualty insurance license Bilingual proficiency required Minimum of 1 year of experience selling auto and home insurance in a call center environment Experience with multiple carriers and state coverages Ability to maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
