MercyOne Genesis is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a well-established and growing surgical team in Davenport, Iowa. Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed position
• Primary location in Davenport, IA with regional outreach opportunities
• Balanced 1:3 call schedule
• Dedicated OR block time, including access to: Hybrid OR Cath Lab Interventional Radiology suite
• Efficient clinic operations with experienced support staff
• Onsite ICAVL-accredited vascular lab (1,600+ studies annually)
• Active participation in the Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI) Registry
• Fully integrated health system with strong primary care and specialty support

Scope of Practice

Practice the full spectrum of vascular and endovascular care, including:

• Aortic & Endovascular: Open and endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR, TEVAR)
• Carotid & Cerebrovascular: CAD management, TCAR, CEA
• Peripheral Arterial Disease: PAD treatment, PVI, angioplasty and stenting
• Venous & Thrombotic Care: DVT management, venous/arterial thrombectomy, chronic venous insufficiency
• Dialysis Access: Creation and ongoing management
• Office-Based Procedures: In-office vein treatments and minimally invasive care

Compensation & Benefits

• $575,715 salary floor + productivity incentives
• $150,000 Recruitment Incentive
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
