This is a growth-driven Electrophysiology position with a large, established cardiology team covering multiple hospitals across the Quad Cities region. You'll have access to brand-new EP labs and a full procedural mix with strong internal referral volume. The structure is built for procedural time, efficient clinic, and low-burden call.
You'll join a cardiology group of 25 physicians (including 5 EP) and 28 APPs, serving local hospitals across six counties
Clinical trials and research participation available (primarily EP-focused)
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Typical EP split: up to 4 lab days/week and 1 clinic day/week
Clinic expectation once ramped: No general cardiology call; mostly phone, rare/no hospital return)
850,000 base guarantee (3-year guarantee until partner) plus quarterly collections-based bonus
