Printer Optimization Assistant

Responsible for assisting in the physical relocation of printers within office facilities. Duties include safely unplugging printers, disconnecting cables, labeling equipment if required, transporting printers to designated locations, and ensuring all equipment is handled carefully to prevent damage. The role involves following workplace safety guidelines, coordinating with facilities or IT teams as needed, and maintaining an organized work area during equipment moves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving all customer locations directed by customer project (including Florida, Vegas, etc.)
• Field Services Engineers will work in removing Client printers ~ (1450 Client printers in scope) including all local and networked printers from across the enterprise. Remove Printer Unplug and remove / store away from traffic. Remove Printer Cables Update the project tracker for printer removal for IP release of printer.
• Field tech to pick up and move devices to a depot location or designated area for pickup.
• Printers in scope will be provided by the customer project team for disposal to include all local and networked Client printers.
• Starting at Main Campus moving through building locations with Client devices in scope for the customer enterprise.
• The list of locations for device installs will be shared on field.

• Basic understanding of office equipment handling.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift equipment throughout the workday.
• Capable of lifting and moving printers and related hardware within safety guidelines.
