What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of clinical dental/orthodontic equipment, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols. Clinical Mindset: Strong attention to detail—because precision matters in creating beautiful smiles—and the ability to stay focused and attentive in a fast-paced environment. Administrative Strengths: Solid organizational skills (helping handle clinical scheduling, patient records, and chairside inventory). What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Chairside Assisting: Provide high-quality clinical assistance to the orthodontist during routine adjustments, bondings, and debonding procedures. Patient Care: Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their treatment steps, and provide clear oral hygiene instructions. Sterilization & Setup: Prepare, clean, and meticulously sterilize orthodontic instruments and treatment bays between appointments. Team Collaboration: Support frontline and clinical teammates to ensure an efficient, smooth, and positive daily patient flow.
