Position Summary We are hiring a Customer Account Representative to support assigned customer accounts and help ensure their questions, requests, and service needs are handled efficiently. This role combines customer communication, account support, organization, and follow-up. Responsibilities * Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts * Respond to account-related questions and requests * Provide information about available products, services, and promotions * Follow up with customers regarding outstanding requests * Maintain accurate and organized account information * Identify customer needs and communicate them to the appropriate team * Help resolve routine account concerns professionally * Gather customer feedback and support relationship-building efforts Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Professional approach to customer interactions * Ability to follow through on commitments and requests * Previous experience in customer service, account support, retail, or sales is a plus
