Responsibilities :

• Engage with leads, generate quotes, and close new business
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Build lasting relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the customer lifecycle
• Follow up on cross-sell, upsell, and win-back opportunities

Requirements :

• Active Property & Casualty license
• Prior insurance sales experience required
• Comfortable working remotely using CRM systems and quoting tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
