Interim Emergency Department Director

Kirby Bates Associates is seeking an Interim Emergency Department Director for a hospital system in Oregon. This facility is a free-standing Emergency Department and an outpatient satellite facility. Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing. Oregon Registered Nurse License (OR is not a compact state). 5 years progressive leadership experience including nursing experience related to area of specialty. BLS required, ACLS preferred. Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home. The pay rate for this position is $850-$900 per day ($221,000- $234,000 annually).
