Overnight Intake CoordinatorFull Time 36 Hours weekdays 11p-7:30a plus every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 7:00pm - 7:30amLocated at TaraVista in Devens, MA with coverage for MiraVista in Holyoke, MA. Travel to Holyoke is not required.The Intake Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Intake and the Chief Admissions Officer, is responsible for facilitating the admission process. As a member of the Intake and Admissions team the Dual Site Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing admission referrals, filling the beds at both sites, verifying insurance, registering patients in the electronic medical record, and for communicating census updates.Welcoming patient to the Vista'sMaintaining patient privacy and safetyScreen referrals and accept patients to fill bedsRegister patientsVerify insuranceProvide census updates to Intake LeadershipCompleting all legal documents as requiredAny other duties as assigned by the Director of Intake and the Chief Admissions OfficerWhen you join the growing Vista team, you're not just taking a job, you're making a difference in people's lives.
