In-Person | Full-Time
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Florida Strategic Insurance is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented New Business Processor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Process new insurance policy transactions
Send applications and required documents to homeowners through our electronic e-signature system
Invoice clients and process payments
Coordinate with lenders and title companies regarding closing dates and title payments
Update policy effective dates based on closing changes
Submit required documentation to insurance carriers for underwriting review
Maintain accurate records while handling confidential information
Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Assist with additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment
Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-through
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Typing speed of 45+ WPM
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
