Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

Territory: Orange County, CA

Branch: Pico Rivera, CA

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, being out in the field, and closing new business? We're looking for an energetic  Sales Representative to join our growing team and help expand our presence throughout Southern California.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face-to-face customer interactions, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow business relationships within an assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person customer visits and prospecting activities daily.
• Generate new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts.
• Maintain and expand existing customer accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide solutions.
• Manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Build strong partnerships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Travel extensively throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernardino County.
• Represent the company professionally within the marketplace.

What We're Looking For

• Previous outside sales, B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Ability to manage a territory and maintain a consistent customer visit schedule.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment

• Field-based role with frequent local travel throughout Southern California.
• Early mornings and flexible scheduling as needed to meet customer demands.
• High visibility position with significant growth potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum base salary starting at $60,000+ annually
• Transition to a 100% commission sales plan within six months
