Cebod Telecom is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and building long-term business relationships.

This is a field + office sales role . Initially, you’ll spend more time in the field visiting local businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, and building your pipeline. As your pipeline grows, the role will naturally transition to approximately 50% field sales and 50% office-based sales , including follow-ups, demos, quotes, closing opportunities, and account management.

The goal isn’t to knock on doors forever—it’s to build your own pipeline and book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Visit local small and mid-size businesses and introduce Cebod Telecom
• Meet business owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Prospect and develop your own sales territory
• Ask questions about their current phone provider, costs, users, features, and service issues
• Identify opportunities to improve their business communications
• Present Cebod Telecom solutions in a simple, value-driven way
• Create and present online quotes
• Follow up by phone, email, and in person
• Conduct product demos when appropriate
• Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through close
• Maintain relationships with customers after the sale
• Track leads, meetings, quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM
• Work with our technical and support teams to close and onboard customers

• Comfortable managing both field and office sales activities
• Comfortable using CRM, email, and online sales tools
• Equipped with reliable transportation

B2B, outside sales, field sales, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.

Telecom experience is not required . We can teach you our products. Your ability to connect with people, build trust, follow up, and close business is more important.
