Compensation and Benefits Hourly base pay range: $17.75 per hour plus tips with a $2.25 shift differential for overnight work. The work schedule is Monday through Sunday. Eligible employees may enroll in accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine insurance plans, as well as the company 401(k) retirement savings plan, subject to classification and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits listed above. Job Summary The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage and bell services, and delivering information and amenities. Essential Functions Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly demeanor; acknowledge and greet guests, use their last names, and practice proper phone etiquette. Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously; assist guests with bell services and luggage storage, and open vehicle and hotel doors. Provide directions, taxi, reservation, and other inquiries; give information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and main attractions in the area; deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested; shuttle guests to approved places. Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks from all guests before issuing keys. Maintain and complete ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt; calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required). Valid driver’s license for the state of employment. One month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes. Ability to read and write standard English, comprehend simple instructions and memos, write simple correspondence, present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings, perform basic arithmetic with currency, understand 24‑hour and military time systems, understand applicable rates and times, and operate a manual transmission (highly desirable). Scope, Working Conditions & Physical Demands The job is routine and follows established practices. Employees have responsibility over available resources only. Work involves frequent sitting or standing for extended periods, occasional running or walking, handling objects up to 100 pounds, climbing stairs, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Travel up to 5% may be required.
