What You'll Do

• Assist in operating room procedures including total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and other orthopedic surgeries
• Support clinic activities such as patient evaluations, joint injections, casting, splinting, and DME application
• Rounding on patients in the morning and providing postoperative care
• Collaborate with the orthopedic team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support administrative and documentation tasks within EPIC Excellian EMR system
• Provide clinical support for diverse orthopedic cases across the department

What You Need

• Valid MN license for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• NCCPA certification or equivalent for PA; NP certification within specialty
• BLS Tier 1 certification within 180 days of hire
• 1+ year experience in OR; orthopedic/sports medicine experience preferred
• Ability to assist in OR procedures and perform clinic duties professionally
