Survey Coordinator / Project Manager

Job Description

OVERVIEW : Our Survey Project Manager / Coordinator is responsible for managing & coordinating field teams, supporting CAD Design/Drafting, managing projects and interacting with clients.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

\n

\n
• North Carolina PLS Licensure or LSIT on track to get licensure.
\n
• 4-10+ years of experience in Land Surveying & Geomatics including Topographic & Boundary surveying, Construction staking for large Civil Land Development projects.
\n
• Experience managing projects, coordinating survey field teams and supporting CAD drafting & review.
\n
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and CAD.
\n
• A valid driver's license, an acceptable motor vehicle record, cleared background check and a negative drug test result.
\n
