Mechanical Estimator — HVAC Takeoffs & Bid Leadership

JCM Associates

JCM Associates is seeking a full-time, experienced Mechanical Estimator to perform comprehensive take-offs for budgets, bids, and design-build proposals. The role involves reviewing specs, coordinating with the Bid Team, and delivering accurate cost data tied to your take-offs. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in commercial P-V-F and HVAC take-offs, hands-on experience with QuoteSoft or OST software, and strong MS Excel skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCM Associates
