Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Pediatric ICU
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to become a part of our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) within the Healthcare & Medical Services division. This leadership position is essential for ensuring high-quality patient care and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage patient care for critically ill pediatric patients.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to enhance their professional development.
- Assist in staffing decisions and optimize workflow within the unit.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
