Project Manager Level III

Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Project Executive Role Overview PR Construction is seeking Project Managers at multiple experience levels to support our commercial construction projects. Project Managers are responsible for delivering projects from contract execution through closeout while maintaining financial discipline, schedule performance, quality standards, safety compliance, and strong client relationships. Candidates will be evaluated and placed at the appropriate level (I–V) based on experience, demonstrated capability, and readiness. Core Responsibilities Manage assigned projects or scopes in accordance with company standards Maintain project schedules, budgets, and contract compliance Lead coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants Manage change orders, billings, and project documentation Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and closeout requirements Communicate effectively with owners, trade partners, and internal leadership Level Overview Level III – Project Manager Independently manages projects from start to finish with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and client communication.
