Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients during assigned shifts.
- Prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process, consistent with the medical plan of care and patient input.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care across all age groups.
- Incorporate teaching and discharge planning into the overall patient care plan.
- Delegate aspects of patient care delivery to nursing staff, based on their clinical competence and legal scope of practice.
