We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team and create a welcoming first impression for every visitor and caller. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact, helping ensure smooth daily operations, clear communication, and a positive experience for guests, clients, and team members.
What You Will Do- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information and support to guests, clients, and internal staff.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointments, sign-ins, and related front desk activities.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
- Handle scheduling, calendar updates, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, faxes, deliveries, and packages.
- Support coordination with team members to help daily operations run smoothly.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation when needed.
- Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office software and basic computer systems.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or guest services role.
- Familiarity with phone systems, scheduling tools, and office equipment.
- Basic knowledge of data entry, filing, and record management.
