Back Business Development Manager- Kansas City Metro Market Sales (Outside) Overland Park, Kansas Direct Hire Jul 6, 2026 Business Development Manager Location: Greater Kansas City Metro Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Company Car Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and developing new business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing office and play a key role in establishing market share while working alongside a collaborative team. What you’ll be doing: Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account retention. Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow market share. Collaborate with internal business partners and sales leadership. Represent the company professionally in the field, spending approximately 60% of your time meeting with prospects and clients. What you’ll need: Proven business-to-business sales experience, preferably field-based sales. Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
