Personal Lines Account Manager Department: Insurance & Financial Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Illinois Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 / year Description We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Schaumburg IL, United States. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities Work closely with producers to ensure a seamless client experience Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance Active property and casualty insurance license Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems Benefits Benefits: Health, life, STD, Dental, Vision, will soon have a 401k, CE credits and certs #J-18808-Ljbffr
