About the Role

Join a qualityfocused cleanroom team assembling and packaging medical devices used for diabetic care. You'll rotate through multiple operations-packaging testing kits, handassembling needles, learning basic coil winding, and running entrylevel machines. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys detailed, handson work in a fastpaced but supportive environment.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
What You'll Do

• Assemble and package diabetic testing kits using detailed work instructions
• Place 5-10 small components into each kit and scan completed kits for product ID tracking
• Handassemble diabetic needles using small parts (pencap to sewingneedle size)
• Inspect parts visually and under microscopes to ensure quality
• Learn coil winding using tweezers and fine wire placement
• Operate entrylevel machines that build diabetic needles; monitor for jams or errors
• Bag, label, and stage finished products for next steps
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow cleanroom protocols
• Work accurately and efficiently while prioritizing quality over speed

What You Need

• Several months of medical assembly or smallparts assembly experience
• Experience in a cleanroom or regulated environment
• Comfort working with tiny components and using microscopes
• Packaging and labeling experience
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work history
• Ability to sit and stand throughout the shift
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow written instructions

Nice to Have

• Medical device or electronic assembly experience
• Familiarity with cleanroom gowning
• Comfort around industrial machinery
• Ability to use tweezers and fine tools
• Interest in learning coil winding and machine operation
• Strong manual dexterity and handeye coordination

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arden Hills, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.80 - $18.80/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
