Training is provided.What You'll Do:Assemble tiny medical device componentsWork under a microscope for assembly and inspectionsUse tweezers and small hand tools to handle very small partsFollow detailed work instructions and proceduresInspect products for quality and accuracyComplete production documentationWork in a clean room environmentMeet quality and production goalsWhat We're Looking For:Comfortable working with extremely small partsWilling to use a microscope for several hours per shiftStrong attention to detailGood hand dexterity and a steady handReliable attendance and stable work historyAbility to read, write, and follow instructions in EnglishComfortable working overtime when neededGreat Backgrounds for This Role:Experience is helpful but not required.
