We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week: Maintain Quick Service Experience for Guests at 3:00 Minute Speed of Service or less Labor at 22% or lower, Productivity at $95 or higher, + Scheduling to top 33% of chain or higher CEM Scores to top 20% of chain or higher You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Work side by side with Team, lead by example, and get results through others not in spite of them Guest Care LMA, Care + Culture Cash Management Reporting: Labor, Guest Experience, Training

QUALIFICATIONS

Authorized to work in the United States Flexible availability Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
