What You Will Do
- Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance product usability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to inform design improvements and drive user engagement.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the team.
- 4-7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles.
- Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in the fintech or security sectors, with an understanding of industry-specific design challenges.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
