Virtual Practice Solutions — McAllen, TX (on-site) $45,000 a year to start, with performance raises up to $70,000 and up to $22,000 in bonuses

We're hiring a growth marketer who lives in Ads Manager. This role is about paid acquisition — Meta, LinkedIn and Google — not just social media posting.

About us

Virtual Practice Solutions supports physician practices across the country with virtual medical scribing, virtual medical assistance, chronic care management and after-hours patient support. We have more than 140 people in our operations center, and we're preparing to launch VirtualScribe.ai, our own AI medical scribing software.

About the role

You'll run marketing for the company, reporting directly to the owner. You'll control the advertising budget, own the CRM, and take our new AI product to market.

The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: spend our advertising money in a way that brings in paying clients, and prove it with numbers. You'll also have a database of past contacts to work, a referral program to run, and 130 existing clients who don't yet use most of our services.

There's no marketing team to inherit and no playbook to follow. If you want to own the numbers and see your work show up in company revenue, you'll like this job. If you want a narrow lane inside a big department, you won't.

What you'll do

• Plan, run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and streaming/CTV
\n
• Build and test audience targeting to reach physicians, practice managers and practice owners — not just anybody
\n
• Set up conversion tracking so every lead ties back to the campaign that produced it, and report cost per lead and cost per client every month
\n
• Run targeted email campaigns to our CRM database of past contacts and prospects: segmentation, sequences, offers and follow-up
\n
• Keep the CRM clean and use it as a marketing tool — lead scoring, lists, automation and pipeline reporting
\n
• Lead the marketing launch of VirtualScribe.ai, including our doctor referral program
\n
• Shoot and edit ad creative: short video, testimonials, product demos and social content
\n
• Improve how doctors find us through SEO and AEO, so we show up in Google results and in AI search tools
\n
• Cross-sell our after-hours calling, virtual medical assistance and chronic care management services to the practices we reach
\n

What we're looking for

• 3+ years running paid ad accounts yourself, with real budget responsibility
\n
• Strong Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads experience. Google Ads required. CTV or streaming is a plus.
\n
• You know how to build and test audiences, and you can explain why a campaign worked or didn't
\n
• Comfortable with the numbers: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and which one actually matters
\n
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar), including email campaigns and automation
\n
• Big plus: you can shoot and edit your own video content. Send examples.
\n
• Healthcare or B2B experience is a plus, not a requirement
\n

Compensation and benefits

• $45,000 base salary
\n
• Performance raises tied to growth targets, taking the base to $70,000
\n
• Up to $22,000 in performance bonuses
\n
• Health insurance, with the company paying 85% of your premium
\n

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in our McAllen office.
