Clinical Pharmacist in Dublin, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify medication orders while reviewing medication profiles for clinical appropriateness.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to the specific patient population needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Monitor drug therapy and manage pharmacist consults under established protocols.
• Engage actively in acute patient care scenarios, including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma interventions in ED/critical care settings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Completion of PGY1 residency or a minimum of 3 years of current clinical experience.
• Valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open to candidates currently licensed outside PA or those without a license in hand.

Schedule:

• Primarily daytime hours, 8-hour shifts with variable days and afternoon coverage.

Additional Information:

• Experience with Meditech IT systems preferred.
• Compensation ranges from $108,000 to $169,000 annually, with a midpoint of approximately $139,000.
• Permanent position with relocation support available on a case-by-case basis.
