What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Build trust by recommending needed maintenance and repairs
- Prepare estimates and repair orders
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process

- Help drive sales, customer satisfaction, and shop success
