Injection Mold Operator

PROMAN Staffing is excited to support our global manufacturing client in sourcing an Injection Molding Technician for their Hebron, IL facility. This is a direct hire opportunity within a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection molding equipment
Troubleshoot molding issues and maintain quality output
Perform routine maintenance and mold cleaning
Work with team to optimize production and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

2+ years injection molding experience preferred
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of molding machines, automation, or robotics a plus
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime

Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for full shifts
Provide basic hand tools
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean workspace
